May 21, 200917 yr Author I can't figure out how your agent works. My agent made us wait 3 days for them to accept the offer. I have signed the contract 2 weeks ago and we don't close until June 24th. :ohbrother: :idunno: She's been doing it for 20 years, I think she likes to put it on the sellers to either accept it or reject it and not give them time to sit around and field other offers. I might have had something to do with so many offers going in on this house in such a short time of being on the market.
