Trying to quit dipping.

If you were dipping Grizz, say 2 bucks a can for that 10 years, 1.5 a day, thats nearly 11,000 dollars you spent. Everyone likes money, just think about that.

Also Jerkey chew that you can get at any gas station will help. Plus it tastes like heaven.

FKY- Pray!

For me, I just try to tell myself that I'm not going to let me anything control me and my will, especially a can of tobacco.

But it feels and tastes so awesome!

I saw a special on 60 minutes about Texas high school Athletes and how their faces were being eaten away from cancer. About 25 years ago and still remember what I saw.

1st grade class in Alabama there were 2 boys who dipped.

Hope you can get thru these next few days/weeks..Good Luck.

I dipped Grizzly Wintergreen for a little over 4 years and I have now quit. This is the best advice.

But it feels and tastes so awesome!

Well, good luck man. If you chew the 'grizz, I know it will be tough to give up. Best of luck.

I'm thinking here in a week or two I'm going to make a serious effort to quit as well. The money is killer not to mention the dip can be.

Im 19 next week and I have been dipping grizzly wintergreen now for 4 years. I don't think I've gone a total of 10 days without a dip. I reall do think it is impossible to stop. I do wanna stop though but I can't just fight the crave after a hot meal. Anyone else have this crave?

I have that crave and I really wish I didn't.
