April 12, 200917 yr Snaer took a lot of shots, and didn't look to pass much. I was impressed with his athleticism, but honestly I thought Watford looked as good or better than anyone in the game. IU has a very impressive class coming in. I came away with the exact opposite impression... on both accounts.

Snaer is obviously a great talent, or he wouldn't be playing in this game. Watford was the kid I couldn't remember the name of. I really thought he had a nice style of game. I think he and Snaer play a little alike, but I think Watford is a better finisher because of his size. Siva to me, was the man. I think he will be an absolute stud at U of L. Also, the foreign kid had a mean streak. Anyone know who he is looking at? He could be a nice player a few years down the road.

April 12, 200917 yr Hood obviously watched the College Dunk Competition, where the kid from Gonzaga I think took his warm up off and revealed an Isiah Thomas jersey. Great move by Hood. Jeff Sheppherd is an all time Cat!

April 13, 200917 yr I think Snaer shooting as much as he did was a strategy move by the coach. He used the best player on the roster on the 2nd unit, and in doing so you didn't see them drop off from one group to the next as much as the black team...

He could be very good, but I'd need to see more. It was my first look at him and I wasn't that impressed. Especially in comparison to Snaer.

He's clearly a talented kid, but I had him as the 3rd best in the game behind Siva and Wayns. I also came away impressed with the Penn kid and would have him on the same tier as Bledsoe although their skill sets were quite different. I'll be talking to EB again soon so we'll see where he's at then...
