Randy is pretty funny.

 

IMO, Chef was the worst character ever. He just wasn't funny and his character just got on my nerves for some reason.

 

Butters is one of the better characters due to his innocence.

I personally am a huge Towlie fan eventhough he was only in a few episodes

Butters is easily my favorite among those listed. But I've gotta give mad props to my man "Tim-may!" :thumb:

Cartman but Kenny would be a close second for me.

I like Cartman, but I miss seeing Pip, I loved watching them rag on him.
