Great win for Coach Humhrey and his staff. Congrats to Robbie. He has some great bloodlines on both sides.

No..this one wore me out... I will try and give updates.

I thought you would come up and see their afternoon game then venture on up to Elliott and watch them and the Raiders about 7:45.:thumb:

If this is the case then you can't be impressed with GRC,Mason lead by 10 twice at the Cards house.

Oh on the contrary, the Cards are devestated with injuries and to fight back against a top 10 ranked team they were more than impressive. The Royals with their ranking in the state and and top billing in the region were not as good as advertised!

Sorry you feel that way,Most had the Royals wrote off for dead before the season after Darius and Trevor left. If these Royals were good free throw shooters they would be undefeated this year I think anybody would tell you that.

On a side note, with GRC not having Rogers and still winning, would this game have even been close WITH him tonight?

Come on now, Mason Co didn't even play their best themselves.

We shall see MC gets beat by 1 at GRC.

I'll take my chances at NKU. :thumb:

Everyone is saying free throws. What was the shooting percentage at the line for the Royals last night?

Honestly don't know but they missed a bunch and have all year.Id say team % on year has to be under 60-65% Sumo can you help us out here.

11 for 19, or 58%. About 54% for the year. Mason County's Achilles heel this year, for sure.

Would you agree Papa they would be undefeated as of now if they hit there free throws at a 75% clip or better?

75% is a lot to ask as a team. 67% (two-thirds, which is what I would expect) gives the Royals one loss on the year - Scott County.

Yes I just found out that the Royals shot 11 of 19 while the Cards shot 17 of 20. There is the difference in the ball game. Remember when the cards did not hit thier free throws in the finals of the region against Mason Co when Miller was a Sophomore. We all know that free throws can win games.

Everything else being equal. :D
