At the time, it was Saved By The Bell, and that's what I voted. However, it hasn't aged as well as Fresh Prince, so I would be more likely to watch it nowadays.

Fresh Prince is undoubtedly the best. Although I did have a huge crush on Kapowski and the sweatshirt collar hanging off the shoulder look.

Test patterns, no...except for the intro to "The Outer Limits". But I clearly remember getting one of those newfangled color sets for the first time.

At the time this was a lot closer for me. But Saved By The Bell aged horribly and Fresh Prince stayed the same or even got a little better for me. I like you came along a little too late for BMW.

I thoroughly enjoyed both as well. These two shows including Boy Mets World were all on TGIF back in the day.

Yeah I would go with Fresh Prince, and not close for me at all either.
