Locke is a very solid running back ifyou ask me and then throw in Alphonso Smith and then the RB position is loaded with speed and athleticism. If you are talking about landing a RB for the future though I totally understand too as that is a concern and a need for the UK program. Hopefully Finch will be that guy.
