I'm not sure who I'd knock out of the poll, but Anderson Co. is definately a quality ballclub (and no, I'm not just saying that because of their game with Elliott - they also played J'Town within 2 points).

Christian Co. is over rated. THey are a Top 20 team, but not #7. Would like to know who gave them a 1st Place vote.

Holmes should have won it in 78 but the famous "goaltend" wasn't called on the Shelby player who reached up through the net and pushed the ball out when Schloemer made a shot at the buzzer to win the game.

Lexcath's only in state losses are to #3 J'town by 12 and Corbin by 3.

 

Corbin's losses to Knox Central and Scott are what hurt them. I don't think you'd see many, if any, other top 10 teams losing to either of those two. The 13th really isn't that strong either.

I don't know whether Corbin is a top 10 team or not, but if any key players played football, then two early losses should not be held against them. Corbin has won 10 straight games after starting the season 3-2.

I think it would be a stretch to say that Aaron Manns getting a late start due to a successful football season had anything to do with Corbin's two loses.
