December 23, 200817 yr My grandma's eggs and bacon for breakfast. As far as I know she doesn't do anythign special but I swear it tastes better than any other eggs and bacon I've ever had.

December 24, 200817 yr Homemade soup beans, along with homemade cornbread. Maybe throw in some onion, and a nice crispy pork chop, or two.:thumb: Chicken dumplings would be a close 2nd. I love chicken and dumplings, but I don't have anyone in my family who makes them. I LOVE Cracker Barrels dumplings. YUM. They are the thick ones.:ylsuper:

December 24, 200817 yr French Toast hands down. There's something about all that brown sugar/syrup and steaming stacks of toast on a cold winters morning. Cant forget the Tall glass of milk to wash it down either.
December 24, 200817 yr Summer supper of steaks on the grill, corn on the cob, new potatoes, slow cooked Roma green beans, cucumber salad with tomatoes and onions. Maybe strawberry shortcake for dessert.
December 24, 200817 yr Mrs. Hearsay just made a pretty mean homemade minestrone soup and cornbread. Mrs. Hearsay is the reason Mr. Hearsay has put on 60 pounds since college.
