As far as I am concerned, SK just won the 6A public school state league championship! Now its on to the Pizza Bowl where you will encounter a different kind of opponent! Win or lose, an impressive run! Congrats to the entire team on a fine season.

This is for another thread, but I'd say some would agree with you.

Congrats to SK. Is this their first state championship?

Dude we'd only been to the playoffs like 3-4 times ever before this year. Sorry it was a simple question, I'm just stoked, the game was awesome. Really didn't expect that many fans to make the trip. I'd say it was close to 3-1 SK to Male fan section, I think Male may've had more players on the sidelines than fans in the stands.

Congrats to the Pioneers!!!!!

One more game to go, make it your best game of the year.

Ernst catches up with Marksberry on his way home...

Question: So, how does it feel?

Answer: You want the honest truth? I fell to my knees and cried when the buzzer sounded. But now I’m ready to trade film and get planning for Trinity. But I also want to enjoy it. and I want our kids to enjoy it. I’m going to make sure that this is the experience of their lifetime. I want each and every one of them to feel special, because they are special.

Coach is a class act, when you look at the foundation he's built with the coach's that are a part of this they've been working for this for a while. IMHO, he's had this vision for a while and he's getting it done now.

Congrats SK! You guys are getting revenge on everyone!

"Pioneers rule and the Bulldogs drool Brother". Great job SK. Could be first state title since wrestling in 87.

Good Luck!

Team title, yes, but we've had other individual titles. Sorry SK grad, don't want people thinking we've never won anything.

Wow great job SK and good luck.

Great job!!

Good luck!!!

Congrats to all at SK.:dancingpa

Congrats SK, you've made a believer out of me. Good luck next week and keep focused. By the way, thanks for making me spend more money next weekend as I will be spending the entire weekend in L'ville to watch NKY football. Thanks again!!!!!!

Congrats to SK. Making NKY proud. Good Luck against Trinity. If the Pioneers play a perfect game and get a couple breaks you may be able to get them. No matter what, you have had a great 2nd half of the season.

Great season period, gotta take the lumps, honestly I'd take this over a great early season followed by a first round exit. Boys are playing great.

Great win Simon and nice article Ryan.

Congrats SK! You guys are getting revenge on everyone!

Only one more to go....

I didn't even know you were an SK grad. Congratulations, good luck, I will be rooting for you all.

You never asked:lol:

But yes, and anyone that knows me, knows that I've got some school pride.

BTW, talking about the Pioneers is the whole reason I got on here back in my HS days.
