My comment was about someone calling for a new coach after their team advanced to the Regional Championship game, and had a great season. I think I would keep that coach.

Boone did pass the ball more til Alford went out. Boone had two good WR this year in Lokesak and Spaulding and both got under utilized, but it happens when you play at Boone its something as a player you realize when you start playing football for BC.

I've read that he's projected more as a defensive player, but then again that sight has him as a one star prospect. My guess is that will change. From what I've seen, the sky is the limit, I hope we (SK fans) won't have to wait 42 years to see another like Miles, but honestly it may be longer, he's that good. On top of that, he seems to have a head on his shoulders, in every interview I've seen or read, he's ALWAYS been humble, that says a bunch in today's age of me first players.

We have excellent athletes in the starting sophmores and juniors and alot more talent standing on the sidelines waiting their chance next year. Part of the pregame discussion, it was felt that Boone would not throw. Knowing that Boone is run 1st pass only when necessary, I felt that Bonne could win this game only if they took advantage of the one big passing play. SK's D was ripe for it.

I know this but before Alford went down they did pass more not alot alot more but more than they did the last four weeks of the season!

So who on that team is as talented as Simpson? If there is a Soph. on that team as talented why is he sitting on the sidelines?

There are several players that made a great impression as sophmores on the JV team this year. They will be a driving force in the years to come.

I'm not saying SK won't have talented players, but Miles is a once in a 42 year type player at this point. If there are more like him in Independence in the near future I will be a very happy man.
