Putting 4 TD's on the board against Boyle would be strange, since Henry Clay, Lafayette, Danville, and Lexington Catholic all combined could only mustard 4 total.

Have to stick with the hometown, FC seems to be pulling things together as of late. I think it's going to be a little closer than most think.

If Franklin County wins I believe it will have to be on the defensive end. The most points Boyle has surrendered was 13 in the opener. Boyle's offense was very stagnant for a two game stretch vs. Lafayette and Lex Cath (14 points each game) but since then they have put up more than 27 in each game. (Over 50 in each of the last 4 contests)

 

Franklin County seems to be on a roll having won 3 of their last 5.

 

Might be closer than some expect but most signs show Boyle to be the heavy favorite on consistency if nothing else.

Franklin County has struggled off and on this year, with the dismissal of some starters early in the year and injuries they have had trouble finding their groove. They have played better as of late; but the opponents they have faced as of late are no Boyle Co. With that being said I would agree the Flyers are the underdog; but they have the talent in many areas to win the game if they can put 48 minutes of inspired football together. Not mistake free, not perfect, just good old fashioned fly around and leave it on the field football. Go Flyers.
