November 14, 200817 yr Speaking of The Man In Black, his cover of Soundgarden's "Rusty Cage" is amazing. The entire cover album he did is pretty amazing.

November 14, 200817 yr :confused: I'm sorry I got a little carried away. I was thinking album covers. Forgive the old guy.
November 14, 200817 yr Staind's cover of Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd is amazing They also did a great cover of Bring the Noise.
November 14, 200817 yr "Last Kiss" and "Love, Reign O'er Me"... Both by Pearl Jam. This one is awesome! Forgot about it.
November 14, 200817 yr Aaron Lewis done a pretty good acoustic cover of Pearl Jam's "Black" as well so apparently Staind is far more cover oriented than I ever thought. As someone else said, Johnny Cash's Hurt was great. Another one of my fav's is "Smoke Two Joints" an old Marley song covered by Sublime and the musical genius of Bradley Nowell. One probably no one has heard I wouldn't think, but that is actually legit because of the vocalist IMO is a "Brick in the Wall" cover, and no not by Korn, but by a band called Class of 99' that was a side project of the legendary Layne Staley (R.I.P.)
November 14, 200817 yr Speaking of The Man In Black, his cover of Soundgarden's "Rusty Cage" is amazing. As is his cover of "Hurt", watched with the video is even better.
November 14, 200817 yr Sheryl Crow "Sweet Child O Mine" (Guns N Roses) Sarah McLachlan "Blackbird" (Beatles) Eddie Vedder "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away" (Beatles) Black Crowes "Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds" (Beatles) Erasure "Take a Chance on Me" (ABBA) Some of mine off the top of my head.
November 14, 200817 yr The version of "Battle Of Evermore" appears on the "Singles" soundtrack (among the best movie soundtracks ever), credited to The Lovemongers, which is an alter-ego for Ann and Nancy. BTW...The Singles Soundtrack is very hard to get on vinyl...Cool Movie also...:thumb:
November 14, 200817 yr Her version is hideous imo. Well, I'm SHOCKED  that you disagree with me! IMO, the original is hideous.
