Syracuse 28 Louisville 21

I've been as understanding and patient as any UofL fan out there in regards to Krag. He's really pushing me right now, something has to change. I can't deal with this much longer, two losses in a row to Syracuse is inexcusable.

I am OFFICIALLY on the Fire Steve Kragthorpe bandwagon....Friggin' pathetic.

How do you go from playing your best game of the season to the worst the next week! I could not believe my eyes.

So this loss leaves Louisville at what? 5-3? What does their remaining schedule look like?

Eh, I see them finishing up at 6-6. They should be able to beat Rutgers..

As a matter of fact, get rid of the entire coaching staff besides English, because Brohm sucks too.

Deuce, that's really a joke.....everyone knew this team would shine and times and struggle at times....I hate last night's results, they made me sick to my stomach, but read the player's comments today, they were prepared and ready to play, they let up, and simply couldn't turn it back on. Was it Kragthorpe or Brohm's fault that Pascley dropped a TD, on a perfect play call? They were 7-8 other times where players didn't make plays. That's not the coach's fault. Rest easy, U of L will get over this and move on to much better things.

3 straight L's coming up and then hopefully a win to end the season.

Keep the faith. Im a former member of the fire Coach Brooks club. I was way off on that one and maybe you are too with him.

labs, I'm certain that you, with all your knowledge, know the problems within the program as well as anyone. For Kragthorpe, this isn't just a battle of winning on the field. This is his 2nd year. And a lot more attrition has occurred that he could have anticipated. I'll stick by him, because I believe he'll not only be successful on the field, but be successful in building an solid program internally. Maybe that doesn't mean much to most folks, but it does to me. And, for the record, it's why I preached my "Give Rich Brooks a chance" sermon over and over and over a couple of years ago.

Comparing Brooks's situation to when he got to UK and Kragthorpe's, is polar opposites.

Brooks faced reduced scholarships and probation, Kragthorpe took over a team, with a full allotment of schoalrships and one that was preseason top 10by many publications.

The two situations hardly resemble one another.

If you don't see it, then I'm not wasting anymore time. The situations DO have similarities.

You honestly believe Brohm has done a good job calling the plays this year....

I think that at times he has shown to be predictable or vanilla, and at other times been great (that play that Troy dropped the TD, was a brilliant call), but he has been calling plays for 8 games TOTAL....I am going to let him get the true feel first. Sometimes people dis-credit how poor others are playing, which in turn is making Brohm look poor. I am 100% dis-pleased with Hunter's play, and I am concerned that Simms and Wolfe must be horrible, because by now, I would venture they would see some clock.
