There pretty good, nice athletes and good size.

The 8th grade vs 7th grade for Lincoln was won of the funnest games I have watched. Great atmosphere from all the parents lol

 

Both teams did great Saturday! VERY proud of our 7th grade team.

Wow, great job by the Lincoln 7th grade team. I thought that the Southern team looked pretty good, I thought that they'd be in the finals against the 8th from Lincoln. Great job by Lincoln to say the least.:thumb:

 

 

Now for the million $ question,,,,why in the world would you host a tournament (LCA) and your first game would be against Lincoln's 8th grade team? Sounds like someone didn't do their homework.

Lincoln 8th grade scores from the LCA tournament... I can't remember which teams it was against.

The LCA game wasn't terribly close but LCA did make a run at the end and since Lincolnpride provided the scores, I'd say the 9pt win was the one over LCA. LCA hit a couple of big 3's late.

I believe you are right. They did have some nice 3's.

Lincoln’s 8th grade team won their first game vs. LCA 46-37

Lincoln’s 7th grade team won their first game vs Bondurant (Frankfort) 36-27

Lincoln’s 8th grade team beat Royal Springs (Georgetown) 44-20

Lincoln’s 7th grade team won in the semi-finals vs. Southern Pulaski 38-26

Lincoln’s 8th grade team beat the 7th grade team in the championship 56-17

Scott County is starting to play really well again in 8th. They dismantled LCA tonight 54-26 in a game that was never in question from the tip.

I don't know where they should fall in the mix of the top teams but Rose Hill Christian has a very good middle school team.

If they shoot the ball good...you could be in trouble quick... Their guards are small but deadly shooting the 3 ball.

South Laurel defeated Clay Co. by 12 today in the finals of the 13th region tournament.

 

Yes, South play very well in spurts to get sweet revenge. For South's loss to Clay a couple of weeks ago in over time at North Pulaski's tournament.

 

South should move up to number 4 in the top 5 8th grade teams. South has got one of their scores and rebounder back. Thats help them a ton against better teams.

 

Big match up Thursday night South at Knox Central if South can beat Knox on the road look out....

 

I have not seen Mayfield play this year...if their a Top 5 team I would love too... Hopefully they will be at the state tournament...

Will Scott Co 8th play Lincoln Co.8th anytime the remainder of the season? Sounds like that would be a good matchup.
