Yes, that is corrrect. A man by the name of Jose Cruz while in the police cruiser had another charge added to his. Seems that Mr. Cruz "passed gas", yes he farted inside the cruiser smelling he vehicle up and an additional charge of assault on police officer was added to the charges....
