N.D. won but it wasn't very impressive to say the least. I respect the N.D. tradition and don't see how anyone that claims to be a college football fan cannot respect it. But......I cannot stand C. Weis at all, I think that he is way overrated. That is JMO.

 

Past N.D. teams under the coaches like Ara Parseghein, Da Devine and Lou Holtz was what I call Notre Dame Football and I certainly have not seen that kind of football in South Bend for a long, long time.

 

I do hope that they can get back on the right track and I certainly hope that tney will beat that school up north and USC.

ND might win 4 games this season. I agree Chuck just don't cut it.

As a fan, I hope this was just first game jitters. This was not the game I was expecting.

 

Honestly, I think the SDSU QB will be better than the one Michigan puts on the field next week, so that could be another ugly game that I see as a tossup at this point. ND vs UM, uhh, two very mediocre teams at this point.

ND may have another long year.

I believe Charlie's time is going to be up real soon...With the recruits ND has had the last few years this team shoud be a ton better...I just don't think CW is a very good head coach..

How can a team with the presteige of ND, and not to mention the recruits they have, not field a better team than that. Looks like another 3-9.

It a shame that the San Diego State program has dropped so much that they could not even win this game.

 

Hopefully the refs will be better in the next game, if this happens Michigan will dance to the win.
