September 4, 200818 yr I can't remember a much worse week of college football as far as matchups go as there is this weekend. You have: Fla vs Miami (which is bad) East Carolina vs WVU Cincy vs Okl (shouldn't be a game) Ore St vs Penn St (who cares) That's about it unless you are looking for an offensive match of Texas Tech and Nevada. This is about as I remember for boring games.
September 4, 200818 yr I agree with every thing you said except for the Miami vs. Florida game. I'm looking forward to that match-up for some odd reason or another. Everything else I agree!
September 5, 200818 yr I disagree. I think that Miami v Florida St will be interesting. Oregon St v. Penn State should be a good one and I look for East Carolina v West Virginia to also be a good one. Even Cincy might make it closer than expected against Oklahoma!!
September 5, 200818 yr Notre Dame begins their season this week, so I am happy. I actully think that UC / OU could be a good game to watch. OSU looked pretty good last week, with the PSU suspensions maybe that will be a good game as well.

It's actually Miami vs. UF, not FSU. I can tell you that as I was putting together the Pick 10, the good games were few and far between.
September 5, 200818 yr Author I am looking forward to the Miami vs Fla game even though it shouldn't be much of a game but I'm talking about the overall weekend. It's bad! East Carolina vs WVU has the potential to be a good one.
September 5, 200818 yr Wake Forest and Ole Miss on ABC should be a good one with two teams that are both trying to establish themselves on a national scene. Wake trying to prove they aren't a one hit wonder and Ole Miss trying to reclaim some of the glory from the Manning days. Also ECU WVU should be very interesting since it is at ECU and they upset Va Tech last weekend.

This is about as I remember for boring games. Fla vs Miami (which is bad) - This one will be good because of the rivalry East Carolina vs WVU - Boring, although ECU is a good team this season Cincy vs Okl (shouldn't be a game) - I like Cincy, but probably no chance Ore St vs Penn St (who cares) - Penn St is one of my favorite teams, but for most, you're right Texas Tech and Nevada - Love a good offensive battle, but this one does nothing for me Don't underestimate Wake vs. Ole Miss. That might be the game of the week. All-in-all, though, a pretty boring week of college football :thumb:

September 5, 200818 yr I'm looking forward to see how the Cards bounce back. How the Cats Offense will do against a weaker team. If Bama can play as hard as they did in Atlanta, first home game of course. Pay per view...don't tell Momma. Can Michigan not lose two in a row at the House. nd maybe lose. :scared: Hogs playing ULM who beat us last year. last year is the key word here. Bearcats/Sooners. Sons first Soccer game. I love this time of the year.
September 5, 200818 yr Author There are always going to be a couple of solid games but overall this is about as bad as I remember. When you have to go to Ole Miss vs Wake then you are reaching IMO With that said...... I can't wait to watch football all day and night Sat:) I love it!

It's not a reach if Ole Miss wins though, because then you have a middle to bottom of the run SEC team on the road beating one of the ACC favorites.
