August 30, 200818 yr Final Give Michigan credit for coming back, but this game shouldn't have been close at all. I can imagine a few people in Ohio and West Virginia might be "a tad" happy with this result.

You can be Utah will never be on their schedule again.
August 30, 200818 yr Author Especially after they ponied up big for the WVU buyout. You can be Utah will never be on their schedule again. Michigan looked really bad for 3 quarters and I understand a new coach, new system and new philosphy. But they looked awful at times on both sides of the ball. You would think they will get better as the year goes on and might even be really good next year. They could lose 4 or 5 games this year if they continue to play like that.
August 30, 200818 yr Looks like another long season in Ann Arbor... RichRod will have Michigan back soon...
August 30, 200818 yr I took Utah today. It's going to take a bit for Michigan to get rolling. It's hard running that offense when you don't have your kind of players in place. Utah is a solid club. They played well at the end of the year last year if memory serves me right.

August 31, 200818 yr Good Ol' Rich Rod....couldn't happen to nicer guy. I really hate this for the "Team up North". Go Buckeyes!!
August 31, 200818 yr Sam Mcguffie looked AWFUL in his first game for Michigan. Not sure about his final numbers, but when he scored his TD in the 4th he had 9 carries for 9 yards!! Look this kid up on youtube. We was a 5 star from Texas. He put up crazy HS numbers and was known for jumping over people.

September 1, 200818 yr Going to be a long year for Michigan, but everyone knew that. I was about to type the same thing. :thumb:
September 1, 200818 yr I do not think that Coach Rodriguez has the kind of players he needs to run his offense and defense yet. This might take a year or so. But Congrats to Utah!
