August 25, 200818 yr I will probably mostly watch clips of the major gaffes. I hope to catch the Carter and Bill Clinton speeches. I am also going to try to watch Bobby Jindal and Sarah Palin's speeches next week. I have no real interest in watching either Obama's or McCain's acceptance speeches of the roll call vote and speeches preceding them.

I will not be watching either one. I already know who is running so there is really no use. I am sure that we all will hear on the regular news when McCain chooses a running mate so I don't need the convention for that announcement either. Now let's see....political conventions..........first week and weekend of College an high school football.:confused: Oh yeah this is going to be tough.:lol:
August 26, 200818 yr Pelosi is going to speak.. I like to watch for the pure comedy..:lol::lol::thumb: I forgot that she was speaking. I wonder if she will correctly identify natural gas as a fossil fuel after "mispeaking" three times during her Meet the Press appearance Sunday. :lol: With Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid all speaking the Democratic Convention has the potential of being pretty entertaining. I just wish John Murtha, Michael Moore, and the Peace Mom were also performing. :lol:
