Has anyone seen or played Knox county's middleschool? I've heard they're doing quite well but I don't know who they have played.

The Elkhorn Elks came out tonight on Fire. The Elks Beat East Jessamine 40-14. Thats with the second stringer in the second half. Both team played hard. Great Job Elks and Great job by the Elks coaching Staff. They got this team fine tune!!!! The B team also won tonight 8-0 Great job little Elks!!!! :thumb:

Meece Middle 8th grade beat Corbin 20-16 at the Briar Patch last night.

Corbin 7th grade won by the same score 20-16. Both games were equally matched and could have gone either way. That was Somerset's 7th first loss of the season and Corbin 7th remains undefeated. Corbin 7th scored on a 80 yard pass play with 1:30 to go in the game to put them ahead. The Jumpers are looking forward to a rematch! These two 7th grade teams could be the best in southern Ky.

Very true maybe one of this 7th grades teams will get a chance to play for the mini state the last week of oct. and the first week of Nov. two very good teams evenly matched if they take care of of the rest of the season the should meet again for another good battle.

It is always good to get another Briar Jumper fan on the treads.

Meece looked really good last night. The 7th grade rolled and the 8th grade played as good as I have seen them this year. North was a big team and #20 was a stud but, Meece came out and took care of business. I liked the offense last night in the 8th grade game. :thumb:
