When Jr. is Inducted into the HOF

Featured Replies

I now say it's 100% that he wears the M's hat. What say you?

I would think he would wear the M's for sure now.

Did some fans actually think he'd go in wearing a Reds hat?!?!

It was never a question.

I agree

There was ZERO chance he would have worn a Reds hat. Griffey became Griffey as a Mariner and the HOF would have mandated he go in with that hat. It would never be the player's call.

No question, his hat will have the letter "S" on it.

Does the MLBHOF have the right to make a player wear what hat they want them to?

I believe the HOF did, but I think that rule changed a few years ago when Gary Carter was inducted.

Didn't we have a big thread on this not to long ago? Seemed like the general consensus then was Mariners.

I was wondering the same thing, Cincinnati is his hometown team therefore he might pick them.

The HOF has the final say. Carter wanted to go in wearing a Mets hat. The HOF decided he should wear an Expos hat.

The better question is, what style Mariners' hat does he wear?

He has no choice in the matter...He will not choose them.
