:thumb::lol: I just haven't gotten past the Ted Turner/Hanoi Jane ownership :madman:and them calling the Braves America's team. Whenever I think of the Braves, they are what I think of.

I do like the way that Chipper Jones plays the game though.

Folks would tell me..."you like them because they always win"....I say "what about the time between 1962 and 1977 and that was in my age of 9-24 also 1979-1996. 2000-present...I make a point.

If the Reds had the largest salary I would'nt be complaining, but it has to be the Yankees because they always have found a way to screw up the past few years with all that talent.

Can't stand the Yankees one bit...I do respect Jeter and what he stands for in the name of baseball though.

 

Red Sox are ok but it seems everyone is a Red Sox fan anymore...

Now, if somebody put a gun to my had and made me pick one, that's easy. I could NEVER root for the Yankees. To me, they epitomize much of what is wrong with the state of the game today.

I really don't care for either so I won't vote in the poll. I have always sort of respected the Yankees because everyone knows how they play the game and don't care. I always got the "We're different than the Yankees" vibe from the Red Sox Nation, which was just something I didn't care to here.

 

So, in the end, I don't really like either one and have long considered the Orioles as a team I like, but if forced, will go with the Yankees.
