His dad posted some stuff on another site. Seems odd, I mean, I think I would alert the tv/radio media.

The article in the CJ plainly says according to court documents. So, if you someone make it up, they must of fabricated some court documents too.

Has he gone to court for that citation?

Will Fidler getting arrested makes two of UK's QB's this week going to jail.

I heard and posted last night that there may be another one coming down the pike, and Coach Brooks was aware of it.

Fidler evidently was helping a friend outside the establishment.

Open tryouts for QB next week?

Speculation? or was this in the police report.
Geeze...

Brooks needs to get this team focused.

I heard about this last night...that another player got arrested.

The story was that they were helping a friend out in the altercation.

It was not him being the aggressor in the situation...so I was told.

That was before the story broke on the news...so it was from a decent source.

Is it specualtion...maybe....but I heard of this before it broke.

According to the article, he has already went to court over the marijuana charge, and was place in a diversion program.

The traffic charge, while on the ignorant side, could happen to a lot of young men/women. Fighting happens a lot and is inexcusable for the most part, but the drug charge for a student athlete is what really is stupid.

It's stupid for anyone, but really boneheaded for someone who may have a big $$$$$ future if they play their cards right. Brooks needs to make an example here somewhere.

Pulley will be in uniform for the Louisville game........Winning is more important than a little pot. Neither team can afford to start out 0-1. Pulley increases those chances of staring 1-0.

Pulley may have used his last hole card. I'm all for giving a kid chances so long as it doesn't significantly hurt the team and all the other players. I just don't see how having him on the team now can be anything but a profound negative. He already quit on his team once when he left school. A team should be stronger than one player - I don't care who the player is. As a prominent Louisville high school coach tells his players: "We'll win with you and we'll win without you."

Apparently Brooks had no knowledge. Before folks say that's impossible, don't forget they're not in session right now, and I doubt they run police records every week on their players.

That is bull crap.

I'd like to withdraw my question from the other thread asking of CP has shown any lack of leadership qualities.

HAHAHA

I think we all may be a bit quick to judge before ALL THE FACTS are known about this incident. According to Curtis Pulley's father the truth is not being told and the only thing he is guilty of is associating with some pot smokers.

IF that were the case, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people...Guilty by association. The fact that he already had a drug charge probably didn't help.
