May 24, 200818 yr No way in the world UK loses to Arkansas this year at home. The Cats won last year at Ark. and the Hogs have lost every key offensive player off that team. UK will man handle the Hogs at home. UK has lost many key offensive players too.

May 24, 200818 yr We lost one player on the offesive line, at RB R.Little was injured a good part of the year and the QB posistion will come together. Granted we will definitly be down on offense but we can sprap more than one game in the SEC. Then again I've been wrong before, I've ate crow and it just tastes like chicken.

St. I'll say the Cats lose at Louisville and Spurrier has there number so they lose that game at home. The other two in doubt could determine a bowl game or not. IMO, 5-7 or 6-6, with 7-5 being a stretch. :thumb:WOW I think I have to agree with you almost totally, my only other concern would be South Carolina (COACHING) but otherwise spot on, good job Son Of Bear.:thumb:

In my opinion UL had a big, make that huge, advantage at the qb position last year, bigger than they will have this year. Yet who won last year? If UK has a big advantage this year on the lines (and I am trusting that is the case based on the posts in this thread as I don't know), then UK will win this game, regardless of any other advantage that UL has. The best qb can't pass the ball if he's on his back. The best running backs can't beat you if there are no holes. The best receivers can't catch the ball if the qb doesn't have time to pass the ball to them. The team with the better lines wins a clear majority of the times, home and away. Its true in high school, its true in college and its true in the pros.

If UK gets to 7 W's, that would be a GREAT season.... maybe even go bowling.... 6 W's is kinda of a rebuilding year. 5W's is a dissapointment.... 8 W's and put the coach on the presidental ticket.... All seriousness, 7 W's would be a strong solid building year for the Cats... 7 W's and a Music City Bowl bid... What more could you really ask for...? Realistically.... Is it football time yet????
