And in five of the six cases, offense was down in that park. Heck, Dmitri Young was off the charts at home last year ... he could have meant the difference himself. Maybe the Nationals had a team of hitters that were better suited to the park last year ... I don't know. I don't get to watch the team that closely, and why would I want to. Anyway, it's water under the bridge at this point. I'll stand by my evaluation of the deal, and you guys are entitled to do the same.

April 24, 200818 yr It is about time for the change. I appreciate what Wayne did for the organization and farm system but at the major league level nothing seemed to work out. As for my take on "the trade". I still support the trade as I did from day 1. We needed pitching and Kearns and Lopez weren't doing all that much for us. Bray is well worth the trade and so is Thompson if he pans out.
