What a sad day for a tremendous family. My prayers are with you.

I HAVE KNOW THE FAMILY A LONG TIME. I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

This kind of news knocks the wind out of your stomach. May Judge Montano's soul rest in peace and may her family and friends receive the strength to soldier onward in these most difficult times, knowing all is in God's hands.

More terrible news. I'm truly sad for the Montano and St. X family. More prayers from the Highlands folks. Just a terrible shame.:cry:

I met Mr. Montano a couple of years ago. He is a wonderful person. I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family.

It was a very moving funeral service for Kathy today. The church was full. Robed judges filled the 1st 8-9 rows, and formed a processional as the casket left the church for the last time. Bailifs and court officers were in uniform as well. Students, mostly from catholic schools, many still in uniform, filled the pews. She was very loved and appreciated by more people than I ever imagined. She was always just another parent on the sideline to me, as we all look the same in the bleachers. But clearly she was much more than that. Today filled me with regret, because there was something wonderful I wanted to tell her last season about her daughter, and just shrugged it off thinking I'd tell her in a few months. That will bother me to no end. Hug your kids more, you just never know.

With heartfelt sympathy to the Montano Family as well as all at St. X. Altho from the "other side", after the Championship GAme I Congratulated her on her Son's accompishments - season and career.

 

She was a "class act" - and so is her family. God give them the strength to carry on.
