Track the Reds (Week 2)

They will be OK its EARLY!!!!!!!!!! E-5 has been their most clutch hitter the past 2 years. He will come around and so will Dunn. I would love to know who you plan on replacing Dunn with because they have a lot of runs they will need to produce.

That's where Bako and Patterson come in, they will pick up the slack with Dunn and Griffey gone next year.

With Griffey gone after this year, they will have virtually no choice but to keep Dunn around. Maybe Dunn will be stupid and ask for way too much money and someone else will sign him.

I saw a stat yesterday I think it was that Cincy was 5th in the NL with RISP. I'm as mad as anybody, but let's not blow it out of proportion... yet.

I would rather give Bruce a shot than watch EE and Dunn strike out, strand runners and play HORRIBLE defense. You could replace either of them easily. There defense cost the Reds as much as their offense adds.

A marginal power hitter will hit 30 homers at GABP. Dunn fails to drive in 100 runs a year, that is also easy to replace. Look at how many major leaguers make far less than Dunn and drive in 90 RBI's per year.

If Dunn has to precede Encarnacion , he will not get anything solid to hit. Dunn has to be in the #2 or #3 slot.

Dunn has driven in over 100 in 3 of the last 4 years...

Exactly. He is what he is. Very frustrating, but very hard to replace.

I love Keep in that spot or the 6 hole. Dunner and E-5 get on base a ton and someone needs to drive them in.

Why is Votto AND Hatteburg not in the lineup? Votto has been hitting well and defending great. If anything put Keppy at 3B if you want to play Castro.

If by hitting well you mean the last game we played then yes. I'm not a big fan of this lineup myself but it will be that way sometimes.
