I'd say pack it in....it's over

I quit watching in the 6th.What's the score? I refuse to watch such fecal matter. I would rather sit naked in a tub of hot goo with Rosie O'Donnell that watch this crap.

I can't watch anymore. The Reds look like the Bad News Bears.

:laugh:That's what I called them all last year:thumb: I still think they will be better this year.

Just a bad, bad series. Take advantage of the off day, and take it to the Drubbies Tuesday...

Trade em all. Season is over...

Thats basically the reaction around here. They have played what like 10% of the schedule and are struggling. The Tigers are 2-10 right now. It could be worse. There is a long long way to go and these guys will play to the back of there baseball card at some point and when they start we are going to win a few games. With the way we are hitting I am not all that upset with 6-7. When we put the pitching and hitting together lookout.

I know, I'm agreeing with you. I've more or less avoided this thread despite my love for the Reds.

When any team puts pitching and hitting together, they are gonna win some games. But they just lost three games that they may look back on in Sept.

You 've got to drub these awful teams, whether it be August or April.

^ My point is it happens from time to time during a long season. They aren't going to win every series. I have faith they won't get swept by the Pirates again. The Buckos have some talented young pitchers that did a great job against us all weekend. It didn't help we had to face 2 lefties also.

To bad we don't get a chance to see Big Z implode this week.

You figured the kid would have a bad outing eventually and it doesn't help things that he goes to the mound knowing if he gives up more than 2 runs, his team will lose.

Reds couldn't play any worse and that's bad news for the Cubs. I just hope the Reds struggles continue for just 3 more games and then they can come home and take it out on Milwaukee.
