There's at least one here in Maysville. I was thinking of maybe a gas station/pawn shop combo...hock your scrap gold for gasoline. Maybe call it "Pawn and Pump."

April 24, 200818 yr That is true. If you can afford to hold onto it, real estate would be the way to go right now. You can get a lot of stuff pretty cheap and the loans you can get right now have low percentage rates, so its a buyer's market out there. The market is bound to turn back upward eventually, so if you can afford to buy and hold onto something then people should do it. If I had the money I'd have a house or something by now.

I didn't finish mine until about 530am and decided I'd be better off to just stay up because it was due at 8am. Went to all of my classes that lasted until 12 that day as well. I wish you could ask the people I ate lunch with before I went home to crash how off the wall I was that day.
