April 24, 200818 yr  Sure, is 3 dollars and 28 cents enough to cover any startup fees? Negative. Details... I haven't got that far yet. Maybe a lemonade stand?
April 24, 200818 yr Jeez... I am just kidding. I would love to but I haven't found the right thing that I think would work.
April 24, 200818 yr Author I haven't got that far yet. Maybe a lemonade stand?Well, at least you've got a well-developed business model going for ya'. :thumb:
April 24, 200818 yr Anyone want to quit their job and start a business with me? Sure. I've wanted to start an industrial blasting business for a while now. The company I work for has a dynamite division. Their biggest cost is the 4 Ford F250s they drive. Thier proffit range is close to 45 %. Last year they made around 2.3 million dollars. All we have to do is come up with a few million dollars to cover the insurance costs and were in business. It basically runs its self.
April 24, 200818 yr ^I can get a hold of a few bucks to start something but I would have to do some more research on that.
April 24, 200818 yr ^I can get a hold of a few bucks to start something but I would have to do some more research on that. I've got about 2000 I can invest plus what I get back on my taxes so the rest is up to you man. Buy a few real estate books HT. I've read close to 30 now. I started saving up money and buying small pieces of land a couple years ago. I wont make any money anytime soon but land typically appreciates over time so it should work out in the long run. I plan on investing in a lot more dealing with real estate after I get out of school and get a better paying job.
April 24, 200818 yr We can buy A LOT of lemonade with 2K. The only thing you can do with real estate right now is buy and hold and I am not in the position to do that.

Thats what I'm doing with the land. Like I said, I won't make anything right now, but it should be worth it in the long run. With the rising costs of basically everything, rental properties would be something to look into right now.
