Are you suggesting that they are only getting votes from loyal fans ?

 

The fact that they have nested themselves in one of the top 4 spots in vertually all the polls taken through out the year has nothing to with people voting them in to win state.......

 

It's not the only reason, but like I said, if they were 5-25 they'd lead the poll. The Royal fans have a rabid fanbase.

 

I'm just saying that when I opened the thread and voted, I was not shocked at all to see who was on top. The shocked comment in the original post was sarcasm.

I somewhat agree, but the comment that got me going that he was SHOCKED that Lex Cath. wasn't the overwhelming favorite in the poll.

 

I do agree that they have played the best basketball as of late.

 

Agreed, I'm not very shocked Mason is leading this right now. The memory of two very close games against Lex Cath should stand out in people's minds also with the two teams splitting.

Lexington Catholic like it or not is playing the best basketball of anyone in the state, they just beat 2 of the top 5 teams in the state. Lexington Catholic is my pick. My heart pick goes to Paintsville, would love to see them get one for Coach Runyon.

No offense against the J-town kids I wish them luck but got to pull for Central.
