Any large amounts of snow fallen around the state today?

About an inch in the Henderson area with the heavy stuff expected afternoon through the night. Last number I heard this morning was 4-6". We were suppose to get more but the storm ended up coming in farther to the south then expected. Owensboro is suppose to get 6-8 I believe.

Hopefully you all don't end up like that poor guy!

I'm just glad somebody got it!

The picture above is my friend and his little boy, Elijah. Now here is how they got enough snow to make their snowman.

The snow really is a huge deal to them. But I promised to send them a few pictures later today to show what a REAL snow storm looks like!

If they never get snow, then where did they get the saucer/sled? Overnight mail order?:D

I just received this tragic update from the scene in Texas:

Obituary

Frosty the Snowmidget

Frosty the Snowmidget lived a long and productive life of nearly 96 minutes. He was a cheerful and positive member of the front yard, a native Texan, and those who knew him, said that his cold heart had really warmed up as his final minutes drew to a close. He is survived by part of a carrot stick, a cherry tomato and two out of season blueberries. Conveniently, his remaining parts were gathered together, and used for a salad at lunchtime. May he rest in pieces!

I don't know. I thought it was a garbage can lid.

Although they do travel quite a bit; so maybe they had it from going somewhere snowy.

I think the great Bowling Green dome is going to hold true again. We've got zilch here since this morning, and that only lasted about 15 minutes. They said 4-6" here this morning. I'm betting on a dusting. You can almost see the snow avoiding us on the radar.

Here's a couple pics I just took out our back door:

It seems I spoke too soon. It's been coming down pretty hard for the past couple hours. This a shot looking at the old courthouse in Bardstown.

If I don't, I miss an AWESOME concert that I spent money already...

What concert? I might meet you halfway and take the tickets off your hands.:D

lol I think we're gonna try and go.

It's the Taste of Chaos tour with Bullet for My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu.

Ok, I retract my offer to meet you halfway. I know none of those groups.

Might have heard their songs, but have no clue that's who sings them.

Gotta go buy shorts in Florence for my trip that better not be delayed to Mexico!!!

The snow has finally started in Richmond....
