March 4, 200818 yr I'm not so much against running just at 5am in the rain seems stupid to me. I like to run and I agree.
March 4, 200818 yr I'm not so much against running just at 5am in the rain seems stupid to me. For many, it is the only time they can. You can get up, run, go to work. Many times evenings are taken up with kid activities or other commitments. Also the roads and sidewalks are less busy so your not constantly stopping for traffic are dodging walkers.
March 4, 200818 yr I never have been a runner, so right off I don't understand the need to go out and do something that was always used as puishment when I played sports. In the pouring rain at 5 in the morning today I saw three different people out running. Some may say dedicated I say stupid. agree .... STUPID!

Before my surgery I was doing 12 miles a day, Rain, Snow, Heat. I hit them all. My motto- If Running Was We Would Call It Football. :devil:

March 5, 200818 yr Tonight, there is downpour of rain and it might turn into freezing rain, 9:30 at night, and yes, I saw someone running...:confused:

March 5, 200818 yr No, playing football in the rain is fun. Then why would it be stupid for someone that enjoys running to run in the rain?
