February 12, 200818 yr  That's the old "what is the VERY latest I can wake up, brush my teeth, and get to class?" Used it myself. :thumb:
February 12, 200818 yr Mondays and Wednesdays I get up sometime before noon. If it's too early, I go back to sleep. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays...it depends. If I'm substituting, I have to get up around 6:30 or 7 AM. If I'm not subbing...I get up when I get up.
February 12, 200818 yr I get up around 2pm or so everyday. I do all my school stuff online and prefer getting everything done in the middle of the night. I don't work, unless you count being a live in maid work.
February 12, 200818 yr Some days its 3:30am like this morning and others its 6Am. Depends on whats on the mind I guess. I usually only get 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night. An ideal night of sleep for me would be sleeping 7 straight hours and not waking up. If I go to bed early like at 10:30 you can gurantee I am up at 4am. If its 11:30 then usually up at 5:30 or 6Am. Anybody have a cure for insomnia?
February 12, 200818 yr Mon Thru Thur 4:30 a.m. Gym 5:00 a.m. then work Fri 6:00 a.m. then work Sat 7:00 a.m. Sun 8:30 a.m. I can not sleep but more than 7 hour's. Just don't like sleeping my life away and always trying to fine something to do. JD
February 12, 200818 yr It seems that my internal alarm clock wakes me around 5am everyday no matter what time I get to bed. I set my alarm clock every night just in case but I guarantee my eyes are open before it goes off. I would like to learn how to sleep longer on the weekends but it just doesn't happen.

Anybody have a cure for insomnia? Ditto my friend. I usually wake up at 4 am without an alarm clock, but sometimes like this morning its closer to 3:30. On a rare occasion, I'll sleep a little after 4, but its very rare. Sad thing is, I do the same thing on the weekends even after a late night (afternoon naps do come in very handy though when that happens:thumb:. I've been known when we are hosting post game parties, to quietly slip away and hit the rack. Depending on who is at the house, I'll try to hide when I go to sleep so they can't find me to wake me up). Even when I want to sleep late, I wake up. I almost never get into a deep enough sleep to have dreams.
February 12, 200818 yr :laugh::laugh: I agree with ya!!! I'm DEFINATELY a night owl but life has kinda gotten in the way!! lol I have to force myself to go to bed by midnight and then force myself to get up in the morning . . . I set my clock ahead 20 minutes, then set my alarm for 5:45 . . . that way I can hit the snooze 3 times and when my eyes finally open and my clock reads 6:30 I FLY out of bed toward the shower . . . fortunately for me it's really on 6:10 so I've got time to get myself together before running out the door at 7:00/7:05 :irked: That's the way I tend to be. Although I am finding that as I get older it is easier to get to sleep earlier than it used to be.
February 12, 200818 yr I actually get up earlier now that I'm retired . Then it was 4:45am because I worked in Carrollton for a long time and for a few years had the responsibility of driving a 15 passenger company van loaded with co-workers to the job every morning , Now I get up at 4:00 am take a shower put on a pot of tea for me and my wife and watch TV while waiting to take her to work at the IRS . Come home and clean the house or go to morning Mass and get ready for the rest of the day . On weekends I usually sleep in till 6:00 am. especially Sundays when we go to early Mass and then go to FT. Thomas Frischs for the breakfast bar . Love the grits !!!
February 12, 200818 yr Depends on what happened the night before... I'd say it more like when your two footed toddler alarm clock says "it's time to get up Dad"......................:thumb:
