You take a whole 5 minutes to go from the SpongeBob PJ's to the sweats?

You're assuming I wear clothes to bed.

Up at 5:00 a.m on weekdays. At work by 5:45 a.m. Get to work before the phone starts ringing and everyone starts asking me questions to which they should already know the answers to. Sleep in until 6:00 a.m on weekends.

Used to be I rarely got up before the crack of noon because my job was mostly late-night. Got a new job back in June and the hours are wildly different. I rarely sleep past 8:30 a.m. any more.

Usually whatever time I wake up....Different everyday. I havent used an alarm clock in 8 yrs. I work for myself so I can get to the office at whatever time I get there. I am a night owl though, always have been. My normal schedule is....wake (usually between 8-8:30), have coffee & read the paper, hang out with my kid and wife, have a protein shake, then shower and head to office. Usually get to office about 10. Work till whenever. Usually hit the bed between 1-2am.

On work days, between 4:30-5:00am,off days between 7:30-8am.
