Not much here in Newport...

^ We could....I am right by Floyd's Fork....however as it looks now, we are likely going to be renting our house out for the Ryder Cup....big, big $$$$

Thats pretty neat!

I'd say maybe half an inch here in Independence.

Anyone know which models are looking most accurate? Depending on which model I look at we're due to pick up anything from 2-6 inches here. Two of my classes aren't supposed to meet tomorrow, would really love it if they other two cancelled.

My brother told me it was pretty nasty in the Indo, I guess he just wanted to justify for being out of school.

In general or are you talking about the weather?:D

Not much here in Morehead, but it is sleeting now.

Aight I will let you know whats up later this week.

Just drove home from Florence, it was fine from there til about Summitt View middle school, hung a right, and the roads were covered. lol

Could've been that salt truck I followed the whole way actually worked. But really it was fine til then, but the road out of town was completely covered, while the one in from people still heading home for the day had a little bit more traction on it.

Definitely driveable, I was trying to see just how stupid you had to drive in order to wreck, and I never reached that point, so it's not too horrible yet.

In general or are you talking about the weather?:D

Both... :p

I'm assuming that right was the right to follow 17? If so, that sounds about right. Covington keeping 17 clear, and Independence doing.....well, whatever they do during these times because in my 5 years out here, I can't figure out what.

We like our covered roads, it makes the drive more interesting..

I grew up by Dixie, and I wondered at times why we were off school when the lot and sidewalks were always clear. Now I completely understand.

Very true, especially on your road..

Ha you are correct, and yes the salt truck stopped at the light at the top of new 17. Kinda funny how Independence is one of the fastest growing cities in KY, pretty good size, and yet always lagging in keeping it's road cleared of snow.
