Curtis Pulley or Mike Hartline?

Featured Replies

I just said why I thought Hartline should be the QB!! You UK fans are too sensitve

I'm not sensitve at all. And if thats the reason you feel Hartline should be the QB i'm glad you're not a coach because thats a horrible reason. You OSU fans just crave attention.

Word is his lawyer is still trying to clear up some of his off the field issues.

What were his off field issues?

This is why Hatline is better. A person with a better wiser head on their shoulders makes better decisions on and off the field, IMO displays better leadership skills which in turn will make your football team better in the long run!

Not sure what world your living in but you couldn't be more wrong...

Being smart or a good person has very little to do with being a good athlete. And it's not as if Pulley is such a bad guy...

Blue Blazer - is Coach Tresell saying "we're OH for 2" in your avatar?

I don't recall Pulley being much of a passer when he played a couple of seasons ago. Has he improved in this area? Given his absence from the team, fair questions might be, Is he a leader and can he earn the respect of his teammates after already having let them down once?

:laugh:That was funny actually he was telling Lloyd Car that he was OH-for 6!

Are you serious the QB is your leader. Your team goes as he goes. I'll take a smart good decision maker QB anytime over a poor character. They both have to be good athletes or they wouldn't have a scholarship to UK. Good Leadership is invaluable! I'll take the lesser eligible athlete anyday!

Just saying on the field success has got little or nothing to do with character or integence... And tell me what makes Pulley such a bad guy?

From what I hear Pulley may not be elligible, and he is rumored to have had some off the field issues as well. I'm not saying he is a bad guy I hope thing work out and he can contribute on the field I just think that QB is not for him. I think he could be a Percy Harvin type from FL. Hartline seems to me to be a better Team leader!

Stir that pot BB.

Pulley would add a totally different dimension to the offense. I think it is his job to lose. Spring practice should tell us alot more but I like both Pulley and Hartline. I feel good about having either one behind center. Even though Hartline's brother does play for that poor ole school to the north that cant beat an SEC team.:p

I'll go with whoever Joker says is best and he said during this past season in an interview that he thought Pulley was the best.
