Curtis Pulley or Mike Hartline?

Featured Replies

I wouldn't count on Pulley until he has made it through summer practice. Plus with eing out of football for a year he will be way behind.

He played on scout team against the starting D.

Exactly that's why Joker is so high on him. He will get to show his stuff in the spring game and win the position going into summer just like he did 2 years ago.

Curtis is No. 1 going into Spring Practice and they will go from there.

Curtis Pulley-Better all around player

Mike Hartline-Better passes

I think Curtis may be a better passer as well. He throws a good ball. Make sure you get to a spring practice and see for yourself and I think you will be impressed.

If Pulley is the better passer, it's not by too much. I'm just glad UK is to the point where the Cats have some solid competition at nearly every position.

Quarterback play is 90% mental. The staff needs to choose physical characteristics over the ability to put the ball where it needs to be when it needs to be there. Choose a passer over a thrower. Choose the one who will not turn the ball over versus trying to force throws. I don't know which QB that is because I haven't been to PRACTICE lately!
