Songs Most People Love But You Hate

Featured Replies

Unchained Melody

American Pie

Hotel California

Hey Jude

Wow! I like all of those songs.

My response on this thread would be a annoying song that gets under my skin like "Afternoon Delight".

Someday you and I will meet, and you will pay for this ^ transgression.:D

Neil Young is one of my all-time favorites.

I'll be up there tomorrow, because right now, I can still out run ya. :D
I honestly think everything they've done sucks!

I suppose. But I would hold tunes such as "Running To Stand Still" and "Bad" by U2 to be among the most beautiful tunes in the rock'n'roll canon.

Maybe it has more to do with just a personal distaste for Bono and his political activism? Wouldn't be the first time you've discounted a band/artist because of philosophical clashes. :sssh: :D

Yeah, I'm with you on that. Neil Rules!

Pardon me while I step away before the lightning strikes. lol.:fire:

I actually do church music and I was raised by a man who has been doing it sunce the early 1950's(my dad) it's just a song that I can't stand the tune of, drives me nuts. The lyrics aren't too great either.

I can name about 20-50 hymns I would rather do than that. At least that many if not more.

Shaniah Twain songs - just annoying.

Celine Dion songs - even worse

Try doing the lyrics to the tune of "House of the Rising Sun" or the theme from "Gilligan's Island". Both work well.

:lol: Have you seen the version of that song from the Anchorman movie, it's very funny YouTube it one day its good.:D

Never did care much for the music of Metallica or Nervana.

Wow. How do u live?

^Yeah really how do you live????

Once you accept the fact that Metallica has made nothing worthwhile since 1988, it's very easy to live without them.

I know a lot of people who love him, but Kid Rock does nothing for me.

Rocky Top is also another song that I can't stand much regardless of who tries to sing it.
