gish28 Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Besides absolutely balling out this year on the field, off the field Owens has seemingly turned into the model teammate. Did anyone just see the tears shed in the post game press conference when talking about it not being fair if the blame be put on Romo and how that was his teammate and QB. Thoughts?
Son of Bear Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 "He's MY quarterback"

He led the NFC in TD receptions. He is a class act and a team player.

halfback20 Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I love what Strahan said after the game. Maybe T.O. and Patrick Crayton can get their popcorn ready and watch the Giants next week.
Sting Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Randy Moss turns into a team player. TO turns into a team player. Should someone tell Chad that it's no longer cool to be a selfish player?
futurecoach Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Randy Moss turns into a team player. TO turns into a team player. Should someone tell Chad that it's no longer cool to be a selfish player? Its all about winning. I mean Chad could had acted like he did all year, and if the Bengals were winning hardly anybody would be saying anything about it. But since there were so many OTHER reasons for why the Bengals sucked this year, Chad all of a sudden looks like a terrible person now and needs to be gone, even though he acted like he always had. Actually he did less stuff than normal this year when it came to off the field antics, yet people still got all over him. This is just funny how things work really...

Which is why I never have been a fan of him. He runs his mouth a lot about how he is the best in the league even though he is the 2nd best receiver on his own team. And the CJ is no where near as good as TO and Moss.
Son of Bear Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Mike and Mike reporting TO paid for Romo and Jessica's little Mexcian vacation as a way to make up for his earlier comments on the two.
