We are hearing a lot from these tough sophomores this year. Who are some that you know of that are stepping up and getting quality varsity minutes.

Here are a few that I tend to see alot of in the papers and BGP.

Steve Kowolonek- Highlands

George Grote- Highlands

Ben Watson- Highlands

Flannery/Popp/Earls/Gabbard/Cotton- Boone Co

Helmer/Mcleish Ryle

Any others in the 9th?

Ahern is also a Junior. Coleman from Ryle is a good soph.

Hmmm....

There are a couple good soph's in D3 this year... Just off hand I recall:

Blake Bryan (Villa)

Brian Romes (Beechwood)

Shawn Eastin (Dayton)

Tate Nichols from Ryle

Gabbard from Boone is the best I have seen.

I agree. He can play.:thumb:

I'd add the Polgheers kid from Beechwood. Knows how to play. Just needs some more strength.

Blake Bryan easily the best soph in D-3, In top 5 in 9th region. Can play D, shoot , and distribute the ball....
