2008 Highlands schedule????

Featured Replies

Update: according to the man, we will be playing Colerain in week 2 at Colerain. The Herbie is tentatively scheduled for our week one. If it was to be played in week 2, the only way we'd not play Colerain in week 2 is if both Colerain and Highlands got into the Herbie. Otherwise next year's schedule is the same as this year's (including Hoptown). We'll play Dixie at Dixie again as we played them two years in a row at Highlands due to their field construction.

About like this?

Ryle

at Colerain

at Holmes

at Dixie Heights

Covington Catholic

at Hopkinsville

at Scott

Lexington Catholic

Open

Madison Central

Central

Picky...Picky...Picky!:D

Would Highlands consider playing up to 6A?

Would Highlands consider playing up to 6A?

7A might be better:creepy:...they are already playing up two classes, what do you want?

I thought the issue would be resolved about who is the best in the state.

That would never be resolved, and if it truely could be, we wouldn't have anything to talk about on here.

Food for thought. Only 7 schools in 6A have a population of boys that is closer to St X and Trinity than they are to Highlands.

True...But there are three whole classes, not to mention a few teams in 3A with populations greater than Highlands.

Doubtful. There are fans now who will not concede their team is not the best in the state or in their class despite not winning the championship.

Can one of the Highland's fans please give me a link to the football website? How about it Cousin Eddie?

I am waiting for the final statewide polls to come out before posting the final write-up of the 2007 season.

I'm hearing that Colerain may be replacing Trottwood for next year? I heard this from a few players so I'm not real sure on the info.
This was confirmed to me several days ago.
