His commentary was ridiculous, IMO. He brought up Tubby and the "5%" of crazy UK fans about 30 times. Completely uncalled for, irrelevant, and unprofessional.

You're right though, he then proceeded to say that we didn't have the talent to compete (also mentioned Lofton not being recruited). So who's fault is that?

I will agree that he brought it up too much. One time was called for and fair game. As many times as he brought it up was not.

I hope this will not be par for the course each UK game he does.

I know this has been talked about before, but we really do need to get more students down by the court. I know I was in the erruption zone for the game, and we were all fired up. I know all tried to yell and scream while we were on defense for the whole game. And everytime I looked around all the older folk surronding the court was just sitting on their butts watching the game and not saying anything at all. I mean Rupp gets really loud once these people gets off their feet and yell, however it just don't happen much. I mean I sure that those UNC players have played in a lot more hostile environments than Rupp. So being at Rupp wouldn't even faze those guys, since most of the fans at the game do nothing for the whole game...

I hope you had an awesome time man.

I agree that Lawson is the man he is so fast with the ball it's amazing to watch the kid play.

Green did have a great game coming off the bench. Ellington and Frasor played well too. Hansbrough didn't play his best but that's ok. We won.

One day I would like a list of all the teams you consider to be "we".

I almost forgot the whole reason I decided to post...

Watching Joe Crawford play is very frustrating. He has a brilliant NBDL career ahead of him.

Joe did have 5turnovers but if it werent for his 21 points UK loses by alot more.

Another thing 2 of UKs starters, Coury and, Harris combine for 0points.

I'm sorry, JC just dosn't seem like a Team player. imo

Then you learned a valuable lesson today. While very good, UNC is not the best team in the country... ;)

They're definately one of if not the best. Top 3 minimum. The pollsters seem to agree...

Not sure about that. It may have just given the much more productive Patterson more touches (Crawford took nearly 1/3 of UK's shots). And possibly opened up more looks from 3 point land for Legion. Oh wait, he was on the bench. Tough to score from deep on the pine.

I know man, since I like 16454434343425292000 teams, right??

Guess my wishful thinking didn't help to much! :irked::lol:

And if it wasn't for his countless attempts at proving how great he was, just to lose a possesion on our end and lead to two easy points for UNC, he wouldn't have needed the 21 points.

UCLA just bit it. Ouch.

I have said before that UNC/Duke is a great rivalry and probably does have more exposure and interest nationwide BUT for pure intensity UNTIL Coach K begins coaching UNC the UK/UL rivalry is the more intense. When you want to beat the team and the coach...that is a rivalry with no equal IMO.

UCLA is leaps and bounds better than UNC right now.

Are they leaps and bounds better than Texas too?
