November 19, 200718 yr If Miles goes to Michigan, which I think he will, I could see LSU going after either Groce (sp?) from Wake Forest or the USF coach (Levitt, I think)....I would be extremely surprised if Leavitt left USF for another program. If stepping up was his plan, he would have already done it.

November 20, 200718 yr Les Miles is the most likely to leave out of these 3 coaches. I agree with you...not just the deep roots (that would probably be enough), but the fact that the road to a Nat. Champ. Game is a little easier up north. (..okay, Big 10-ers, let me have it!)

They are stocked nicely at the skill positions and have a decent O line that should get better. If he can recruit and put together a nice defense I'd take a chance on him.
