November 18, 200718 yr Author Some other Lousiville folks (I apologize for the quality, that camera I had was not exactly professional grade.) ....
November 18, 200718 yr Great conversation. The fine fellow sitting was bumbed when I told him of the Highlands/CCH score. CCH grad. They asked how I knew so much about Kentucky high school football? Guess what I told them? He gave me his name, don't want to ID him before he could possibly join; however, he was a long time high school referee in NKY. Rough weekend to be a CovCath and Louisville football fan...

November 18, 200718 yr When Louisville was still in this game, Mario Urrutia dropped a couple of first downs and deflected a pass from Brohm for an interception. If I were Brian, you couldn't pay me to throw to #7 next week.
November 18, 200718 yr I heard Mario turned up on the side of some milk cartons in some Thornton's stores in Louisville.
November 18, 200718 yr Didn't see this one coming. I expected UofL to come out and win this game but I guess I was wrong about the Card's again.
November 18, 200718 yr Sounds like Mario got back to his "let me drop routine balls" self of a couple weeks ago...And seven turnovers is just ridiculous.
November 18, 200718 yr Author SEVEN turnovers!Less the exception of one play, the UofL receivers could not get open down field and Brian threw into double coverage a lot. You can't do that against Trae Williams, Mike Jenkins, and the rest of that Bull secondary, and not expect to have problems. Brohm's efforts resulted in 3 interceptions, including one for a touchdown. Cantwell added another late, as well as a fumble on his first play of the game. On the defensive side, the Cardinals could not stop Mike Ford for the majority of the first half. That allowed Matt Grothe to use all of his tools. That was the ball game right there.
