I normally have about a week left in December, also.

Until my teams are out and four of my five teams are still in it.

I videotape all of the games that Glasgow play.. and as much as i'd love to see them do well... i'd also like to see other teams as well. Which means, now that Glasgow is out, it's off to Green County this week, then either Fort Campbell or Owensboro Catholic next! :dancingpa

 

And then so on and so on... so no my interest doesnt fade out.

Pretty quick the past three years, but I love football and still follow all of it.

As long as some of the local or Eastern Kentucky teams are in, Im still very interested. Now when all of those have been eliminated as well as my team, I begin to shift gears and focus on next season.

My initial excitement fades but I still follow the games. I try to stay around local counties and see good games.

I agree I get ready for B-ball seasoN!

I lose a little at 1st , but go to games all the way thru the finals! :thumb:

I still pay attention to what is going on, and normally go to the best games in the area, but I am not into it nearly as much as I am when the team is still in it.

The moment the clock runs out on my team, I am done.

My interest drops a little,but hey it's football and that's great

I always follow the local mountain teams all way to state finals if they make it No matter who it is and with that being said, if any local mountain kids are good enough to make college teams i always want see where they go, because its all about the young high school athletes and where they will go to continue their education.

Around here in Breathitt Co. if we loose our kids go straight in to the Basketball arena next day if they are healthy and can run the floor no later than week, cause if they go far in play-offs they are all ready behind.

But being a fan of most high school sports seems as u can't wait for one to end and the other to begin, so i hope we have three more games to watch the Breathitt Co. Bobcats on Football field and i do think we will be doing just that, and then its off to the basketball courts. Go Bobcats
