  8. Eminence has a couple good dual-sport athletes - Nelson Hedges and Ed Berry
  9. My initial excitement fades but I still follow the games. I try to stay around local counties and see good games.
  10. Henry will come out and throw a little??? Have you seen them play? Henry throws about sixty five to seventy percent of the time.
  11. The Burk kid is great to. I am under the impression that he actually caught six of the nine touchdowns Friday against Scott. Shelby counties offense is one of if not the best in the state but their defense is suspect.
  12. SCBaseball08. I have seen Cody Minnis and he is probablly 6'5". It was a exaggeration, calm down. Still at that size he is very athletic and has the ability to jump over people.
  13. Football Addict. Are you going to be at the North Oldham vs. Henry game? Yes, the NO coach did coach at Henry years ago.
  14. I agree totally with the ref! I have seen games that the coach tries as hard as he can to not run up the score but it ends up being 60-6. After you are up by about 40 then you can call the dogs off.
  15. I have talked to previous players and coaches, and their personal self-esteem isn't very high. They go into some games knowing they are going to lose. Also, in the past they have a had a very tough schedule. Playing the likes of Boyle Co. As for this year I have spoken with a few of the players and they felt like they were going to have a good year. I even talked to one of them after the BB game and he felt very well about the upcoming season. So, I really don't know what happened to them after that. Might have got out coached or maybe the athletes just are not there.
  16. Football Addict. The comment was merely a joke. I have seen both teams play. Neither of them are very impressive. I watched the first North Oldham - Henry game; In my opinion it won't be a gut wrenching, man I can't believe I just saw that, type of game!
  17. Definitely, Matthews. He is the real deal. Throwing nine touchdown passes off a shoulder injury is amazing.
  18. Alex Matthews should just throw the ball up in the air to his 6'7" receiver Cody Mintis ?sp?
  19. North Oldham is ok but Henry is ok too...this means an ok game
  20. Dee Moore is one of the best freshman in the state and he plays for PRP...keep an eye out for him...GO MEECH GO MEECH
