If Bellevue wants to win this game, they have to believe they can do it. It's gotten to the point in these 1A schools where they look at Beechwood as untouchable. Anyone can be beaten on any day and I think this game will be closer than expected.

 

I agree with you Q .Any given day the BIG DOG can go down .I too think this may end up being closer than some think ,like 50-0 .It may well be a 10 - 14 point game .Either way a win is a win is a win .Beechwood will play in week 3 as long as they play there game .:thumb:

And that Beechwood team was 10 times worst than this Beechwood team. That Beechwood team that year was just not a normal Beechwood team, and it showed when they got drilled in the playoffs by LCA....

 

I know I sure hope that this ends up being a great exciting game, but I just don't see it...

 

I have to disagree here. First of all, that team should have won the NCC game, less some very bad calls. Secondly, going into the LCA game, I think they were all very stressed about the Yeagle situation and not in playoff mode. This team this year has the size, but I would like to see more aggressiveness.

True, they are sometimes too much the "gentlemen". Not always a bad thing, but if we could just fire them up out on that field.......
