Now, if Lone Oak can win four playoff games and Corey's pace continues, he breaks 100 touchdown passes in the championship game. Isn't that what you said?

I must say, with all the attention Corey Robinson is getting, I still would not vote for him for either Mr. Football or 1st team All-State. Not that it is his fault because he does not make up the Lone Oak schedule, but the level of competition he has played against during his record setting year is equivalent to freshman ball in other states.

Obviously eveyone recognizes this,including college coaches, and that's too bad he didn't try to play in a challenging game or two. It'll be interesting to see what his team will do if they ever get to Bell Co or a similar team.

Lone Oak would not meet Bell County or even Lexington Catholic until the final game if they were to advance that far.

Exactly, and alot of teams play tough teams like this all season long, and Lone Oak won't face that level of competition until the final game of the playoffs. Will they play any quality teams before finals in playoffs? Surely ...

They would face a decent test in the 2nd round from either Hopkins Central or Calloway. Lone Oak had to come from behind to beat Calloway in overtime earlier this year. In the 3rd round they would potentially see Marion Co. or one of the Bullitt Co. teams. Warren East would be a likely opponent in the 4th round. All contingent on them getting there. They have not seen the likes of a Bell Co. or Lexington Catholic this year, but the Flash have a phenomenal QB, great receivers, good team speed and a great defense against the run.
